We collect only what's needed to run your session: your name, email, and payment details (handled directly by PayPal, we never see or store full card numbers). We use your email to send booking confirmations, session reminders, and, if you opt in, occasional updates about new sessions.
We don't sell your data. Beyond the payment processor and the email delivery provider needed to run the service, we share data with two analytics providers: Microsoft Clarity, which records how pages are used so we can see where people get stuck, and Google Analytics, which reports visitor numbers and where they arrived from. Both set cookies and both load on every page except the admin area. You can opt out of either by blocking third-party scripts in your browser, and our own booking and session records do not depend on them.
We also keep our own record of pages viewed and bookings made, on our own server, tied to a random identifier in a cookie rather than to your name. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by writing to hello@indieveda.com.
